iM Sports Sleeves Return & Exchange Policy

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return of new (unworn/unwashed) or defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase. 

To help us process your return as quickly as possible, please enclose the original packing slip with your item(s) and the reason for your return. Once we receive the return item we’ll refund your credit card.

Note: Large purchases of 10 sleeves or more will be subject to a 20% restocking fee if returned.

When Will My Refund Be Processed?

It will take your bank 3 to 5 business days to process your refund after we have processed your return.

Please allow 2-4 business days for the processing of your refund once we receive your returned item(s). Any refund will be applied to the credit card you used to make your original purchase. The USPS will not ship First Class Mail in a Priority Mail Package.

We strongly urge our customers to spend time looking at the sizing information on each product page. iM Sports does not cover the cost of shipping the item back to us for an exchange or return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to send us the return item and place a NEW order for the item(s) you would like instead. We will credit your account once the return has been received. Another option is a direct exchange which may take us longer to process for you. Direct exchanges are only allowed for products of equal value. We will cover the cost of shipping the exchange item back to you. Direct exchanges are not available for international orders. Note: Our San Diego warehouse is a secure facility. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted at this location in order to protect the privacy of our customers. Returns and exchanges will only be accepted through the mail.
